9.00am – 10.30am – Pre-recorded webinars and readings

This introductory program helps all levels of an organisation become more proactive in recognising poor mental health, decreasing stigma and preventing mental health issues becoming a workplace injury.
The program captures how an employer can provide immediate assistance to their employees who may be experiencing a mental health problem, or a worsening of an existing mental disorder.
Participants will learn if and when to say something, what to say, what not to say and how to help the person, equipping participants with the confidence to have difficult conversations with work colleagues.
Half day blended program: Pre-recorded webinar (up to 1.5 hours) and 1.5 hour live webinar.
This blended training program will consist of the following:
Pre-recorded webinars (required)
Pre-readings or participant guide (if applicable)
Website links, or videos (if applicable)
Live face to face webinar (required)
Pre-recorded webinars and any other applicable work must be undertaken prior to commencing the live webinar.
Each participant will be notified when the pre-webinar material is available. Participants will be notified via email, approximately one week prior to the scheduled live webinar date.
